Membership Policies
1. Membership fees and benefits are good from the date of purchase. Memberships cannot be pro-rated or refunded.
2. Members have priority for range availability. The higher the level of membership, the higher the priority.
3. Discounts cannot be combined with sale items. Some exclusions may apply.
4. Additional persons, on the same lane, must be with a Member or Hourly Person.
5. All membership applicants must be of legal age.
6. All Membership, Range, Firearms and Ammunition Rules apply.
7. Lanes cannot be pro-rated. Time is limited to a one hour minimum, subject to availability.
8. All customers must review a safety video and sign the waiver.
9. Seniors and Seniors Founders Circle are limited to 60 years of age and over.
10. Law Enforcement applies to active and retired sworn officers.
Membership Rules
- All customers using the range and/or obtaining membership must present a valid, government issued, identification card.
- Memberships are not transferrable.
- Memberships and benefits are good one year from date of purchase. (Exception being “Founder’s Circle” membership, which is considered a Lifetime membership.)
- Memberships cannot be prorated, refunded or transferred.
- All Federal, State and Local laws must be obeyed.
- Only US citizens with a valid Concealed Carry Handgun (CCH) permit are allowed to carry firearms concealed on the premises.
- Only US citizens and Permanent Resident Aliens are allowed to use CPSA ranges and attend training classes.
- Masks are not permitted inside of CPSA at any time.
- Members and Shooters are responsible for their guests. Minors under the age of 18 years of age must be under direct, adult supervision. Direct supervision is defined as being within “arms reach” of the minor.
- No minor under the age of 12 years, is allowed on the CPSA ranges.
- Damaging any range equipment may result in a charge for repairs and/or removal from the range.
- Smoking, chewing, vaping, or any other tobacco products are forbidden on CPSA property.
- No food or beverages permitted on CPSA ranges.
- No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed on CPSA property. Those under the influence or suspected, will be asked to leave.
- CPSA has numerous security cameras in and around the property. Your presence implies consent to be recorded for security, as well as marketing purposes.
- All CPSA employees are trained Range Safety Officers (RSO). RSO’s are authorized to address any rule violation. This includes corrective guidance and/or removal from the premises as necessary.
- All customers are expected to comply with these rules and report any violations to CPSA staff immediately.
- Before using the range, all customers are required to watch a CPSA Safety video, review the rules and sign a CPSA liability waiver.
